How appointment booking works at Classfieldq
Booking an appointment with Classfieldq takes under three minutes. Use the contact form, call our Kitale number directly, or walk in to check the day's availability. We offer slots Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 and Saturday from 09:00 to 14:00. Once your slot is confirmed, you'll receive a short summary of what to bring or prepare — so the appointment itself isn't spent gathering information we could have collected beforehand. A reminder goes out the afternoon before. If you need to reschedule, 24 hours' notice is all we ask.
What happens at each stage

Step 2 — Confirm your time
We reply within one business day with two or three available windows. You pick one, we lock it in and send a confirmation to your phone or email — whichever you prefer.
Step 3 — Show up and get it done
Arrive at Kenyatta Street at your agreed time. We'll have your file ready, the workspace prepared, and a clear idea of how long your visit should take — no waiting around.

When appointments might not be the right fit
Our appointment system works best for planned, non-urgent needs. If you're dealing with something that genuinely can't wait 24 to 48 hours, a scheduled slot may not serve you well — and we'd rather be honest about that than have you arrive frustrated. For immediate walk-in queries we do our best to assist on the day, but wait times vary and can't be predicted. Complex multi-session projects may also require an initial assessment visit before a formal appointment is scheduled.
