How we select what we stock
The products at Classfieldq are sourced with Kitale households and local enterprises in mind. Before adding anything to the range, we consider three questions: Does it solve a problem our customers actually have? Is it built to last beyond a single season? And can we stand behind it if something goes wrong? That process has shaped a tightly curated selection — fewer lines than a large retailer, but every one of them tested, stocked consistently, and available for reorder without the uncertainty of irregular supply chains. Our indigo-branded shelving keeps the layout clean and easy to navigate.

What we don't carry — and how to tell us what's missing
Classfieldq is not a general supermarket or a wholesale depot — if you need bulk quantities priced for resale, or a highly specialised technical product, we're probably not the right source for that. What we are is a well-stocked neighbourhood business that responds to what its customers request. If you've looked for something here and not found it, tell us. We log every such request and use that data to inform our next restocking cycle. Several lines on the shelf today exist precisely because a regular customer mentioned a gap.
